This plan is ONLY for Froling Enterprises hosting customers and does not imply any support service level agreement, it is purely a goodwill service. If you are not or cease to be a hosting customer of Froling Enterprises your account will be removed from this plan.

This entry level plan gives you access to our library of video user manuals, a pdf manual for WordPress and our helpdesk.

The helpdesk is your support lifeline and you can ask any hosting related questions and we’ll get back to you with answers or fix the problem as soon as possible.

This is a membership level that we provide for current purchasers of Froling Enterprises’ hosting products. You can ask questions relating to your website here but we have no obligation to support your website, or do any maintenance, however we will do our best to help, if time and resources allow. Remember that a hosting product does require you to take responsibility for your own backups and critical maintenance.
