The Critical Maintenance Package gives you access to our library of video user manuals, a pdf manual for WordPress and priority helpdesk.

The helpdesk is your support lifeline and you can ask any website/Wordpress related questions and we’ll get back to you with answers.

We will try to answer your support questions within an hour (usually sooner).
