PREMIUM SUPPORT – 15 hours/month includes but is not limited to content changes, adding pages/posts, adding/changing images or slides, adding events, and the like. Curating email campaigns and Google ad campaigns. It does not include adding membership sections, online stores, or any other complex system, though these can be quoted for.
SEO – Fully managed onsite SEO and social media customisation and management.
Website critical maintenance package
- WORDPRESS & PLUGIN UPDATES – We will keep your core software updated so that it is not susceptible to known vulnerabilities. Standard Care plan partners will be responsible for renewal fees of any premium plugins except for those we provide. All plugin renewals are included for Premium and Platinum Care plans.
- WEBSITE BACKUPS – We’ll do daily (or more if required) off-site backups to allow you to rest easy knowing your site is backed up. In the event something happens, we will restore your site from backup for free. Find out more »
TRAINING VIDEOS – We provide an entire library of training videos for updating your website that are constantly updated. This allows you to make the most of your site and train team members easily.
Cancel any time, no long term contracts. We are so convinced of the value of our website care plans, that we do not have long term contracts. You can cancel at any time.
